Lee presented the petition for recognition of the Filipino Town Cultural District at a Clark County hearing presided over by Commissioner Tick Segerblom. On April 15, 2025 , the Clark County Commission formally acknowledged the Filipino Town Cultural District as a cultural hub celebrating Filipino heritage, businesses, and community contributions in Southern Nevada.
